  • After completing the online registration, you will be able to pay by credit card. If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, you will receive a form with the bank account details after submitting the registration form.

  • If you choose to pay by bank transfer, a payment receipt must be sent to the Organising Secretariat (secretariat@ebdays.org). Please note that participants are responsible for all bank transfer charges.

  • For credit card payments, bank charges may be added depending on your bank's rules.

  • If you register at the student rate, please send your student ID or a document confirming your student status to secretariat@ebdays.org.

  • Once payment is received, participants will receive a final Registration Confirmation Letter by email from the Conference Organising Secretariat.

  • If payment is not received, registration will not be considered complete.
